Notes & Nibs ships Australia-wide and New Zealand

Complimentary Standard Shipping: Orders over $79AUD receive free standard shipping within Australia, and orders over $99AUD qualify for free standard shipping to New Zealand. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method—choose from standard or express shipping.

** Please note that apart from New Zealand we do not ship Internationally at this time.

Dispatch Times: Standard orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days. Express orders are typically sent within 1–2 business days. Delivery to regional areas and during peak periods may experience delays.

Delivery Service: We use Australia Post for all deliveries. For the latest delivery estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Order Tracking: Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation, it generally means that our team is still preparing your order.
